How to go about searching for biological father?
I am 29 years old born December 29th 1978 in south africa (joburg gen hospital) my biological mothers maiden name LOMBARD she lived in Keetmanshoop NW where she met my dad Agostino Abreu. He apparently moved back to Portugal (MADEIRA / SANTA CRUZ) my biological moms name ADRIANA JORGE LOMBARD - she passed away in 1991 and buried in Keetmanshoop. Her birthday 10 Jan. CAN ANY ONE tell me how to locate someone in another Country? I dont have any information on my dad - accept a name?
