UNIVERSAL DIALOGUE TOOLS OF ANIMATION 18th to 26th April 2009 Funchal, Madeira - PORTUGAL This international Training Course brought 20 youth workers from diverse European backgrounds together to learn innovative tools for engaging youth in social action at the local level. The primary focus of the Training Course was the use of animation and art to promote intercultural dialogue. Activities included a very good overview and practical experience of these tools with group work, reflection and evaluation. Tools of Animation is a training concept developed by INCA International Network for Culture and Arts with such a great success that this the 5th edition. The previous editions have taken place in: Benevento (Italy), Berlin (Germany), Birmingham (UK) and Barcelona (Spain). It can be understood by everyone since it comes from the body and the heart and not from the words.
